We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
   
• Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Digital products, courses, and personalized items are non-refundable.
   
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
   

All digital products, courses, and downloadable content are final sale and non-refundable. Once purchased, digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review product details carefully before completing your order.

How to Request a Return

1. Email support@purplelighthealing.com with your order number and reason for return.
    
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
    
3. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
    

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
